Bi-vocational Mission Strategist
The Black River Baptist Association is seeking a bi-vocational Mission Strategist (AMS) to provide leadership for the association while overseeing one of its primary ministries, our annual camp program.
A significant portion of this role is dedicated to the planning, coordination, and administration of the association's camp ministry. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing the camp facilities for the camp season.
- Working with camp leadership to plan and organize multiple camps throughout the summer.
- Providing oversight and support during camp operations.
- Coordinating the closing and winterization of the camp facilities following the camp season.
In addition to camp responsibilities, the Mission Strategist will work alongside associational committees to provide leadership and administrative oversight for the ongoing ministries and work of the Black River Baptist Association.
